The service from the staff especially the Restaurant manager & the Day barman were not just excellent they were exceptional. We easily got into Florence on the train. The restaurant was an incredible surprise...my two sons didn't want to eat anywhere else so we ate there every night of our stay. Loved it! Une cuisine très recherchée (attention à la cote de boeuf, le prix monte très vite). A 30 km de Florence il vaut mieux prendre par les hauteurs dans un beau cadre de verdure ou manger à la ville toute proche. Les prix des vêtements se discutent!!!
