Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Arno. The location was great...a two minute walk to Santa Croce and Vivoli (great gelato!) The breakfast selection was wonderful.
But, really, the best part of our stay was the friendliness/helpfulness of the front desk staff. They could not have been better. They worked tirelessly and always with a smile. No question we had seemed too big or too small. We hope to return to Florence and we would not consider staying anywhere else.
