Comments : we had a lovely stay at the Santa Maria Novella- and would definetly stay again if we are ever in Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor which was lovely and spacious and really made our holiday

Comments : Missed having a minibar or simple fridge to store bottled water or wine. Would also appreciate an iron and ironing board - these are standard accessories in the states for good reason.
Otherwise - this was our nicest accomodation throughout our 2.5 week, 7 hotels trip. Would stay there again definitely.
