Comments : Nous avons passé une partie de notre voyage de noces dans cet hôtel et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour : l'accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, copieux et varié, notre chambre était fonctionnelle, spacieuse et chaque jour bien nettoyée et l'hôtel se situe à 10 mn à pied de la piazza del duomo et de la galerie des offices et à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à toute personne désirant séjourner à Florence pour un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Comments : comme j ai pu profiter d 'un tarif très avantageux, le rapport qualiter et prix et très acceptable. Mais le téléphone dans la chambre ainsi que l'ordinateur ne marchaient pas et ils n ont pas essayé de les réparer. La propreté dans la salle de bains était très bonne mais dans la chambre limite (quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait une paire de chaussettes des clients précédents (!)parterre. Pour 59 Euros le prix est correct mais plus non.
La qualité de l'accueil dépendait de la personne , dans la journée un certain Alessandro était très gentil.

Comments : Very old one. It was really hard to stand the smell of cigarette in the room. I considered having breakfast outside the hotel. I know what continental breakfast is like, but here the problem is its quality.

Comments : The staff was amazing and always so helpful and accomodating! 24 hour internet access, the quad was like a suite, spatious & very clean, and breakfast was better than expected. Walking distance from the station (we carried our luggage without having to take a taxi) and it´s a 10-15 min walk to the center of florence.

Comments : Très bon hôtel dans lequel nous avons très bien accueilli avec notre fils de 10 mois. Le personnel a toujours été très attentif à nos besoin. Hôtel à recommander tant en terme de situation géographique (à 10 minutes du centre ville) qu'en terme d'accueil.
