Comments : You could not ask for better accomodations! It was the best. The price was the best and the hotel was clean, friendly, and accomodating. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know going to Florence. There is no other option for the price and location. The only negative would be no access to a computer - but that is the case for many hotels in Florence.

Comments : The bathroom smelled quite moldy and the shower didn't drain. But the hotel was nice overall, loved the convenience of being near the train station and the people who worked there were exceptionally nice.

Comments : en réponse et pour donner des indications supplémentaires, la situation géographique est excellente et le rapport qualité prix est au dessus des hôtels que nous avions réservés jusqu'à présent la qualité du service garage auto est à mettre en valeur malgré un prix (23 €/jour berline 7 places) un peu élevé, véhicule laissé à la reception dès l'arrivée et repris à l'heure indiquée pour le départ. toutes ces remarques nous amènent à recommander vivement cet hôtel aux proches. remerciemens aux salariés de l'hôtel pour leur acceuil chaleureux et professionnel.

Comments : Basic hotel, but very clean, very friendly, lots of charm. 10 mins from central "old" Florence, so we even called in to drop things off almost any time of the day. Very near railway station. Felt very safe.

Comments : I found it rather difficult to find the location of the hotel. There was no sign board of the hotel at the entrance via the bus/rail station and also no sign board at the hotel building itself. The space for bathroom rather small.
