Comentario : You turned off the air conditioning after our 1st night's stay, which meant opening the windows at night. The noise outside was horrible and kept us up ALL night. My suggestion would be that you not turn off the AC so early. We stayed there for 3 nights beginning Sept 23rd. Let your guests determine their needs until sometime in mid Oct.

Comentario : « L’hôtel est magnifique et très propre. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très compétent et multilingue (très appréciable). De plus, l’hôtel se trouve au centre de Florence (en face du Musée Bargello) et permet donc de visiter la ville très facilement. Nous avons eu un excellent séjour et un accueil de très grande qualité. Merci encore. »

Comentario : Location could not be better but room size only adequate. Superb in all respects but they should buy "Kellogs" cornflakes, not cheap ones.

Comentario : Even though we booked a Double-Deluxe via a promotion (not paying the full price), we would have appreciated one of the rooms on the upper floor(s) with a view, as it is described in the web page for this room category, not one in the middle floor with no view at all, but overall, we loved the hotel.

Comentario : extremenent difficile a trouver car beaucoup de sans interdit il a fallut faire appel a un taxi man bref la galere on ne sais pas ou il enmene la voiture car on ne voix pas le garage mauvaise isolation phonique par rapport aux voisins et a la rue salle de bain en piteuse etat et vetuste

Comentario : Great location for visiting all the major attractions, right opposite the Bagello Museum. Can get a bit noisy, but nothing a few glasses of Chianti can't sort out to help you sleep through the night!

Comentario : I recommend CAVOUR hotel in Florence. Multi language spoken.
Very clean. Well situated in the middle of the town.
I was in a deluxe room with a kingsize bed and a large bath, easy to be two in.
