Comentario : Hôtel très bien situé, en revanche le parking n'est pas compris et il faut rajouter au minimum 25 euros par jour de gardiennage.
Notre chambre était mal placée, au 1er étage à coté de l'ascenseur.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas super bon.

Comentario : We had a nice stay in Porta Faenza. It's very close to the SMN train station ( walking distance ) and all major sites. People at the front desk are very helpfull and hotel facilities are nice. Breakfast could be better. The room is spacious but could use some painting ( it has a feeling that is very old and damp, although it's not) and bed is small. Bathroom is very nice.For 80 euros was very good deal.

Comentario : the only unfortunate hing about our hotel was that the street itis on is currently being dug up and the city plumbing being improved but that was a minor inconvenience when walking on muddy streets after or during rain. i felt more sorry for the merchants and businessmen on the street as it was affecting their business. these things are sometimes unavoidable and i wouldn't have minded even if i had known in advance. we loved this hotel!!

Comentario : The staff was the most helpful and friendly out of all the hotels we stayed at in Italy (3.5 weeks/6 hotels). We were lucky and got a huge room, down side was it was above the small street which tended to be a little noisy. Our friends had a room on the inside section of the hotel that was much smaller but extremly quiet. Pros and cons aside we were all very happy with our rooms. Everything we were interested in seeing was within easy walking distance including the train station. It is tucked around a corner just far enough to eliminate any train noise. The staff helped us with tickets to museums and events, when they couldn't accomadate us they gave us very helpful hints and directions on how to accomplish our goals. Every restaurant they recommended turned out to be wonderful. We are a very well travelled group of 36-39yr olds with the least travelled having 13 countries behind her. Based on our experience I would highly recommend staying here. We Stayed for 3 nights, mid May 2008.

Comentario : l'hotel réservé nous a donné entière satisfaction en tout point. Rien à redire. Hôtel proche du centre historique mais surtout très calme. Accueil sympathique et efficacité. Facilité pour arrivée/départ train (gare à une rue), arrêt de bus pour aéroport à une rue. Hôtel un peu cher le week-end. Il est dommage de ne pas obtenir un prix identique sur 4 nuits en arrivant en milieu de semaine... Bonne adresse !

Comentario : Super séjour à Florence. Les italiens de Florence sont trés sympa et se mettent en 4 pour vous aider à vous déplacer dans leur ville : il est à noter aussi que le tourisme prends une place importante dans l'activité économique de la ville. Deux restaurants se trouvent à 50M de l'hôtel. Rapport qualité prix nourriture / accueil très satifaisant.

Comentario : Das Zimmer war funktionell eingerichtet. Nur ein deutsches Prohramm (ZDF). Die Dusche war zu klein und eng mit Steinboden und daher nicht hygienisch. Di Badewanne war OK, allerdings konnte man den Duschkopf nicht fixieren. Improvisation war gefragt !

Comentario : He pasado cuatro noches en este hotel recientemente, (Marzo 2008), y es totalmente recomendable. Muy buena ubicación, amabilisimo el personal de la recepcion, la habitacion muy comoda perfectamente insonorizada, con una cama grandisima y muy comfortable, almohadas extra, mantas extra,aire acondicionado individual en la habitación, conexion gratuita a internet durante una hora diaria,y n desayuno tipo bufet bastante variado.Era fantastico llegar despues de todo el dia andando, porque el descanso estaba asegurado.

Comentario : Hotel firenze was in an ideal location it is within walking distance to all major sights. The standard of the hotel was first class our quadrouple room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and gave excellent service nothing was too much trouble. we would definately stay here again and will be recommend it to others.

Comentario : Le 1er jour, il aura fallu près d'une 1/2h et plusieurs remarques à la préposée pour que des plateaux vides et des jus de fruit vides soient réassortis. Après en avoir fait la remarque à la réception, le lendemain c'était en ordre.
Le lit "QUEEN" est réellement trop petit, il devait mesurer +- 1,3m.
Hormis ces deux remarques tout le reste était très bien.

Comentario : Le personnel de l'hotel était très chaleureux, serviable et accuiellant.
La situation géogrpahique est bonne par rapport à la gare et la signalisation excellente.
Cependant les autobus pour Venise, sont toujours très pleins et ne passent pas très souvent, et ce quel que soit l'heure de la journée.
Si ce n'était que de ce dernier point, je serai très satisfaite, à condition toutefois qu'il n'arrive pas une cohorte d'allemands bruyants qui dérange tout l'hotel. Mais que peut-on y faire???
